XICRU™ NF Series Crucibles are premium isostatic-pressed SiC-graphite matrix crucibles specially engineered for aluminium, aluminium alloys and zinc alloy smelting. The NF Series (Black) receives an initial anti-oxidation coating followed by an additional firing process that significantly enhances durability, thermal stability and resistance to low-temperature oxidation over long operating cycles.
The iron-free composition completely prevents metal contamination in high-purity aluminium melts.
