Product Description
Sialon Aluminium Immersion Heaters – Direct Heating Up to 1100°C, >99% Energy Efficiency, 30–50% Energy Savings, 12-Month Warranty
Sialon ULTRA™ Aluminium Immersion Heaters are the superior direct-heating solution for molten non-ferrous metals (aluminium, magnesium, zinc) up to 1100 °C (2012 °F). Manufactured from advanced silicon nitride-based Sialon ceramics (Si₃Al₃O₃N₅), they achieve over 99 % energy efficiency, deliver 30–50 % energy savings compared to traditional methods, and provide precise temperature control of ±2 °C – preventing overheating, oxide formation and dross while maintaining highest metal quality.
The non-wetting surface eliminates metal adhesion, while exceptional thermal shock resistance (550–900 °C), zero water absorption and outstanding corrosion resistance ensure years of trouble-free operation in aggressive molten-metal environments. Ideal for high-pressure die casting, filtration, ladle reheating, gravity casting and integration into Striko Westomat dosing furnaces (450–3,100 kg capacities).
